E-mail Settings
In the E-mail dialog box, you need to specify the information that the
program will use for e-mail notifications. BaseNow Agent requires address
of an SMTP server and its port number. It also requires an e-mail address
that will be included in the from field of e-mail messages. If a server
requires authentication, you can enter login and password in this screen.
SMTP server address
Sets the address of an SMTP server. You can use either local server,
such as PostCast Server (www.postcastserver.com), or your ISP's mail server.
Port number
Sets the port number of an SMTP server.
E-mail address in the From field
Specifies an e-mail address that will be
included in the from field of e-mail messages. This must be an existing,
working e-mail address otherwise the SMTP server will not be able to deliver
notification messages.
This server requires authentication
Enter your username and password if an
SMTP server you are using requires authentication.
