CAN'T VIEW VIDEO TUTORIALS

Hi:

I can't view any of the video tutorials after downloading the trial version of BaseNow.

I omnly see a black screen and the message "Click here if you can't see video." I click on the link and I get a message to download CODEC . I have downloaded CODEC but still can't view videos.

Does anyone know why? I am using Windows XP Home edition.

Try to restart the computer after installing codec. You can also download avi files from the location below and run them in Windows Media Player:
http://www.basenow.com/videos.zip

Hi:

I can't view any of the video tutorials after downloading the trial version of BaseNow.

I only see a black screen and the message "Click here if you can't see video." I click on the link and I get a message to download CODEC . I have downloaded CODEC but still can't view videos. i did what you propose like restart, still the

same. I have downloaded the video tutorials from the web ,but no sound 

Does anyone know why? I am using Windows XP Home edition.

Those video files do not have sound. An anti-virus software or strict security settings in your web browser can prevent you from playing the video files after clicking on the hyperlink.

Try to open the files in Windows Media Player. Press Start/Run and enter mplayer2 to start the program.
