About card view
The records are displayed as cards where each card represents a record
and each row in the card represents a column.
If a Grid is in card view, regardless of the setting of the AllowAddNew
property in the Layout toolbar, you will not be able to add new records.
Also, you will not be able to group records (as in table view). You can
use the Records Editor window to
arrange data similary and to add or delete records.
There are some properties that applies only to a particular view. For
example, CardWidth only applies to card view, and GroupByBoxVisible applies
to table view.
