Remove Duplicate Recipients
This tool allows you to delete or select all duplicate records in different
columns of a table. It enables you to remove all duplicate e-mail addresses
before generating messages to be sent to your mailing list. Thus, you
will avoid sending several identical messages to one recipient. The tool
can find all duplicate e-mail addresses, but it can also be used for any
other type of data whenever it is necessary to eliminate the data repeated
in any of the columns.
Connection
Sets the database connection properties. This option allows you to choose
the name of the connection from the drop-down list.
Table name
Sets the name of the table.
Column name
Select a column to search through all records.
Action
Remove
Removes all duplicate
values from the table.
Select
Selects all duplicate
values and does not modify the records.
