This feature downloads a text file from our server which contains information
about the latest version.
It uses standard HTTP connection to connect to the basenow.com
server and check for updates. It periodically downloads a text file which
contains information about the latest version from: http://www.basenow.com/pub/updates/upinfo.ini
If the new version is availiable, the program automatically notifies
you.
